Dear Parishioners,
We are grateful to Bishop Thomas, who came out Saturday morning to confer upon our 7th and 8th graders the Sacrament of Confirmation! Congratulations to all of our newly confirmed! I am grateful and proud of all the work our youth and their sponsors put into preparation for this great sacrament. I am also grateful to Jessica Pehmoeller and her catechetical team who led the preparation.
Congratulations also to Ryan Cook who completed his initiation at this same ceremony with the Bishop. Ryan was confirmed and received his First Holy Communion, completing the initiation that was begun when he was baptized in the Catholic Church as a baby.
Thanks to everybody who has given so far to the Bishop's ACA campaign. I believe as of the writing of this letter we are at about 56% of our goal. Every little gift counts. Please consider giving, if you have not done so yet. Thanks to everybody who has been so generous to our parish! We are putting the final touches on next fiscal year's budget (July2022-June2023), which we turn into the Diocese by May 1st. The process reminds me of how generous people have been so far this fiscal year!
