To Apply to a College: Most colleges have a “view book” that contains the application form. If you do not have an application form, please check with Mrs. Miller to see if we have any.

Online Applications: Colleges are encouraging students to apply online when possible.  If you apply online, be sure to request that a transcript to be sent to the college.

To Have Your Transcript Sent to a College:

  1. Fill out the application and place it in a stamped-addressed envelope.
  2. Either take the envelope to the office and ask Mrs. Bulkowski or Mrs. Hrabak to put the envelope in Mrs. Miller’s mailbox, or personally deliver the envelope to Mrs. Miller
  3. Mrs. Miller will fill out anything that is asked for of a school official, will enclose a transcript, and will mail it.

Please Note: An official transcript cannot be given to you or your parent to be put in with an application.  Official transcripts must go from school to school.  Mrs. Miller can give you a transcript that is marked “issued to student,” but most colleges request an official transcript.

Please stop by the guidance office during your study periods or after school for any assistance you need with anything.  Mrs. Miller will meet with you, your parents, you and your parents, or whomever you would like to bring, at any time during the school day, any time outside the school day, or at any time at your convenience.
