Call to Order and Prayer:

The meeting was called to order by Trina. “Prayer For Our Church” was recited by the group.

Secretary’s Report:

The May minutes were approved. Motion made by Brenda, seconded by Amy.

Treasurer’s Report:

CD’s = $4,997.55, which comes due in September, $4,377.45 & $5,596.36.

Checking account = $3,172.36, with all bills paid to date.

Old Business:

Misting Fans: Fostoria Athletic Boosters bought 2 for St. Wendelin (& 2 for Fostoria).

Spring Sports’ Banquets, already held: Softball - May 24, Baseball & Track - May 29.

All-Star Football Game: Sat, June 23 - have concession stand, help needed.

Strength & Agility Center Update: committee received $20,000 from Fostoria Foundation; have enough pledged to go ahead with plans.

’07-’08 Meet The Team: Dan checking on golf match on Tues, Aug 21 to make sure it is just a dual match with Cardinal Stritch.

Beverage for Marching/Pep Band: would cost Mohawk Club ± $150 for football (40 in marching band, 5 games, all pop) and ± $190 for basketball (25 in pep band, 10 games, all pop); to be discussed more at August meeting.

’07-’08 Officers: discussion held, explaining duties to those present; Greg Noel elected President; Trina will call Patti Berton to verify her being Vice-President; Lisa Noel & Karen Eibner will head concessions, Vicki & Cindra Baker will help with what they can.

New Business:

Huge thanks, along with a token gift, given to Brenda for her years of service.

Athletic Director Comments:

Spring Bus Stipends: $1085 - already approved last month.
