The "National Vendor Form" contains ALL the participating vendors from all across the nation. Choose this form with the Side Navigation button.

We have also narrowed the field to provide you a list of Vendors from the local area and that can be located on the "Local Vendor Form." Feel free to choose either option. Choose this form with the Side Navigation button.

 

The following form can be downloaded and filled out for making on-line orders using Email. It should be filled out and returned to Kim Yoakum at the High School. It should NOT be sent back to school through the email. Do not ever send any credit card information through email to our school.

Kroger Gift Card Guidelines

The Kroger gift card program will work as follows:  make a one-time purchase, from the TRIP program, a Kroger Gift Card which will be valued at $5.00.  You will take that purchased $5.00 card to any Kroger store and you may purchase any amount up to $500 to be charged onto your card.

When you want to recharge the card and use it for your purchase, you have to pay for the recharge first under a separate transaction and then make your purchase.  A card with a zero balance for a period of 90 days will be taken out of the system.  A new card at that point must be purchased from the TRIP program.

How does this affect your TRIP credits with St. Wendelin??   The Kroger Company will send the St. Wendelin TRIP program a statement showing the amounts you have recharged on your card.  At that point we will credit your TRIP account for the reported amount.

Advantages? 

You can use cash or check or credit/debit cards to recharge your card at the store. This will save you any additional charges that our TRIP program currently has when using a credit card.

You never have to return to the school or parish to purchase Kroger certificates and do NOT have to plan ahead.  You can make your purchase as you enter the store. 

  • You can find your balance on your card by looking at the bottom of your receipt or by calling the phone number listed on the back of the card.
  • Your new card will also be accepted at all Kroger Fuel Centers.  Think about all  the savings that this could provide when used in  combination with your Kroger Shopping card.
  • You can earn TRIP credits during school breaks and all summer long.
  • You can purchase separate $5.00 cards for family members that are out of town.  When you make that purchase it will be your TRIP account that will be increased when they recharge that card.
