Today's St. Wendelin High School and Jr. High School students have many opportunities to apply traditional values to a challenging and changing world. Through liturgies, religion classes, an increased retreat program, and a new Campus Ministry Team, our students are encouraged to let their faith take root and grow. Our continuing intent is to send St. Wendelin graduates out into the world with a commitment to the service of Christ, Church, family, community, and world. A plaque in our lobby states that "Jesus Christ is the Reason for our School." Certainly that was as true in 1910 as it is today.

When possible - Spring Sports cancellations will be posted here. Please contact the school if questionable weather exists and you do not see notices posted here.
Updates will be posted as soon as possible but sometimes those cancellations cannot be posted in time.

  • No passes should be issued and No one should be in the hallways during test times.
  • During break/study time: the library is for quiet study only, classrooms are for general study, and the gym/mezzanine is for socializing. Hallways should be
    empty and quiet.
  • Any food should be consumed in the cafeteria.
  • Students are expected to be in study hall. Only students with study hall period 7 and/or period 8 will be excused on Monday, June 2, with a note (signed by a
    parent.) Note must be turned in by Wednesday, May 28. Anyone with excessive
    absences in any class will not be afforded this privilege.
