TUITION INFORMATION
Registration for the 2008-2009 school year was due April 10th. If your students are not registered please contact your respective school to obtain paperwork and to pay Registration Fees and Activity Fees. Registration for grades K-8 is now $100 per child and Activity Fee for grades 9-12 is now $200.00.
Tuition is due July 11th and is PAYABLE IN THE PARISH OFFICE ONLY! Please contact Sharon Cool (435-6692) with any questions concerning tuition and if you participate in the FACTS payment plan you need to register for the upcoming year.
Cheerleading
Anyone interested in Cheerleading for the 2008-09 school year should contact the school office for more information.
TRIP Information
If, for any reason, your student(s) no longer attends St. Wendelin Catholic Schools, and there is no tuition balance due, any remaining T.R.I.P. credits may be designated to another family, to the schools’ Tuition Assistance Fund, or to the schools’ General Operating Fund. No cash refunds will be issued. After 30 days, if no transfer has been requested, the credit will be applied to the schools’ General Operating Fund.
Families who are planning to eventually enroll their children in St. Wendelin Catholic Schools can “bank” their credits – the credits will be held until the family wants them applied to a tuition account within the St. Wendelin Catholic Schools system.
Credits are not transferable to other schools. Many young families may choose to use T.R.I.P. now to reduce tuition in the future. Please notify the school when your student enrolls and you want to use your "banked" tuition credits.
